Client 5 Step Advice Process

My disciplined five-step client advice process enables me to provide you with a consultative assessment of your current situation, your future, and your feelings about your ultimate legacy. I collaborate with you to provide both initial and ongoing direction as you progress towards your dreams and goals. I also make adjustments when necessary due to changes in your own situation or changes in market/economic conditions.

STEP #1 – DISCOVERY

After an initial discussion to determine whether we are a good fit for each other, we meet for an in-depth discovery discussion. Our goal is to understand fully your current situation, your goals and everything else we need to know to develop your prioritized plan.

STEP #2 – CONDUCT ANALYSIS

We review our notes from Discovery as well as analyze the documents you have provided. Then we develop and draft your investment plan, investment strategy proposal, and planning recommendations.

STEP #3 – PLANNING/PRESENTATION

We present an integrated plan with our customized solutions, investment strategy and allocation plan. Upon further discussions, we then determine the next steps to take together.

STEP #4 – IMPLEMENTATION

We put your plan into action as per our agreement from our last meeting.

STEP #5 – ANNUAL PROGRESS REVIEW MEETING

We sit down together to discuss any changes in your life which may have an impact on your plan. We also review progress toward your goals; answer your questions and discuss any potential impact on our plan that current market conditions may present us.
